Street Diner

street diner ad 4 jpgBrighton has an exciting and vibrant global street dining experience in Street Diner.

If you haven’t had the chance to catch this vibrant Friday food experience what are you waiting for ?

Four years ago Kate and Christina realised that bringing a new dining experience to the town would meet the growing passion for seasonal, fresh and diverse food.

Street Diner now has an established group of predominately Sussex based vendors showcasing a global menu. They have actively encouraged first time traders and enjoy watching their businesses flourish . The local community is important to them and building relationships with local events including the Brighton Marathon where they will be appearing for the second year to feed the hungry crowds and a pop up at the university in Falmer.

We caught up with Christina to tell us some more about what to expect from your visit to Street Diner, ‘fresh, seasonal , sustainable food with global influences” but for summed it up for us in three words “Every Mouthful Matters “.  So make sure you try something different for lunch next Friday head over to Queens Road, Brighton for a delicious and varied dining experience.
We also asked Christina her favourite local spots to relax.
Favourite Place to Eat out ? ” I am torn between Curryleaf Cafe and Silo in Brighton. Both have amazing food and I love the ethos behind Silo”
Favourite Place for a night out with friends ? “Merkaba at My Hotel for their fantastic range of cocktails”
Favourite venue to see live music ? Brighton Dome  and Concorde 2
Favourite Day out ? Taking my daughter to Druscillas Park ,its a great day out and we both love seeing the animals
