The first virtual pairing took place on Sunday 19 April at 16:00 where Chef Annie Badenhorst cooked her take on a traditional dish, deboned leg of lamb cooked on open fire. Whilst Johann Fourie took you through a tasting of Lighthouse Syrah 2017 from Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate.
